Ordering from Fig Bees
Where is Fig Bees based?
Fig Bees is an online store based in Cyprus. Our initial storefront is prepared for customers in Canada.
Do you hold products in Canada?
No. We use a supplier-direct fulfilment model. When you order, the product is prepared and shipped by an independent supplier directly to your delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
Most current products have an estimated 1–3 business-day processing period followed by approximately 7–15 business days in transit to Canada. Delivery estimates can change because of customs, carrier capacity, weather or remote locations.
Will I receive tracking?
When the shipping service provides tracking, it will be attached to your order and sent to the email address entered at checkout. A new tracking number may take several days to show its first scan.
Why might items arrive separately?
Products may be fulfilled from different supplier locations. A multi-item order can therefore arrive in more than one parcel.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Use the Contact page as soon as possible and include your order number. We will try to help, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after the supplier begins processing the order.
What if a product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and shipping label. We will review the evidence with the supplier and explain the available resolution.
Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
Return eligibility, timing and instructions are governed by the store’s published refund policy and applicable consumer law. Contact us before sending anything back. Supplier return addresses can differ from the address shown on a parcel, and unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Will colours and measurements be exact?
Screen settings and production batches can cause small colour differences. Product measurements are approximate. For fit-sensitive products such as the car organizer, measure the intended space before ordering.
