Where we ship

Fig Bees is currently preparing orders for delivery to customers in Canada. Products are shipped directly from our independent supplier in China; we do not hold inventory in Canada.

Processing and transit

For our launch products, the supplier currently estimates 1–3 days to process most orders and 7–15 days in transit to Canada. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs checks, carrier disruptions, severe weather and peak periods can cause delays.

Shipping cost

Tracked delivery to Canada is currently offered at no additional shipping charge for eligible products. The rate shown at checkout is the rate that applies to your order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is added to your order after dispatch. Carrier scans can take time to appear.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Taxes, duties and delivery issues

Taxes collected at checkout will be shown before payment. Any import charges assessed outside checkout may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law. If your parcel is unusually delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but missing, contact us through the store contact page with your order number.
