Shipping policy
Delivery to Canada
Fig Bees accepts orders for delivery to customers in Canada only. Products are shipped directly from our independent supplier in China; we do not hold inventory in Canada. Fig Bees operates from Cyprus.
Processing and transit
Our current supplier estimate is 1–3 business days to process an order, followed by 7–15 business days in transit to Canada: approximately 8–18 business days in total. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs checks, carrier disruptions, severe weather, remote destinations and peak periods can cause delays.
Shipping cost
Tracked delivery to Canada is currently offered at no additional shipping charge for eligible products. The rate shown at checkout applies to your order.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is added to your order after dispatch. Carrier scans can take time to appear.
Address changes
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
Taxes, duties and delivery issues
Taxes collected at checkout will be shown before payment. Any import charges assessed outside checkout may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law. If your parcel is unusually delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but missing, email hello@figbees.com with your order number.
