Supplier-direct delivery to Canada
Fig Bees is based in Cyprus and works with independent fulfilment suppliers. Products are shipped directly from the supplier to the delivery address you enter at checkout. We do not hold local Canadian inventory.
Estimated timing
Most current products have an estimated processing time of 1–3 business days. The usual supplier estimate for delivery to Canada is 7–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates; customs checks, carrier delays, weather and remote destinations can add time.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be added to your order and sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take several days to begin showing movement after dispatch.
Separate packages
If an order contains products from different fulfilment locations, the items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split after checkout.
Delivery address
Please check the full name, unit number, street address, postal code and province before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if something is incorrect. Once a supplier has processed an order, an address change may no longer be possible.
Import charges
Government taxes, customs duties or carrier handling charges may apply to an international shipment. Any mandatory charges shown at checkout are included there. Charges assessed separately by Canadian customs or the delivery carrier are the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed or missing delivery
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the order has not arrived after the estimated window, use the Contact page with your order number. We will review the shipment with the supplier and carrier.
