These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fig Bees online store and purchases made through it. Fig Bees is operated from Cyprus. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.

Store use
You may use this store only for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or violate the rights of others.

Products and fulfillment
We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen and production batch. Products are supplied and shipped directly by independent fulfillment suppliers, including from China. Availability may change before an order is fulfilled.

Prices and orders
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market where available. Taxes, duties, and import charges are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing error, product unavailability, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate reasons; any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Orders may be cancelled until fulfillment begins. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property
The store design, Fig Bees name, original text, and other store content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where law allows. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Fig Bees is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products.

We may update these terms when the store, services, or applicable requirements change. The version available when you place an order applies to that order unless law requires otherwise.
